Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PriorityCustomer.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

PriorityCustomer.ai provides field service management software including AI phone answering, automated collections, route optimization, scheduling, invoicing, and related services for home service contractors.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period with full access to Growth plan features. No credit card is required for the trial. Trial duration is displayed during signup and may vary. At the end of the trial period, you will have a 7-day grace period to select a paid plan. If no plan is selected within the grace period, your account will be paused but your data will be retained for 30 days.

5. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months
  • You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Send spam or unauthorized communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI Phone and Collections

When using AI phone answering and automated collections features, you agree to comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA, FDCPA, and state regulations. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, business information, or communications.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by Priority Customer, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priority Customer, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priority Customer, Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
